CHPA Senior Vice President of Dietary Supplements Duffy MacKay today released the following statement in response to results from a recent trial finding that people ages 60 and older who took a daily multivitamin showed an estimated 3.1 fewer years of memory loss than those who took a placebo. These results are the second time a multivitamin clinical trial within the COcoa Supplement and Multivitamin Outcomes Study (COSMOS) reached the same conclusion.
