Susan Roddy

Susan serves as Co-Head of Perella Weinberg’s Consumer & Retail practice, providing strategic advice to clients globally in the consumer health & wellness and beauty & personal care sectors.  Susan joined Perella in 2024 after over a decade at Houlihan Lokey, where she served as a Managing Director and led the Consumer Health and Personal Care practice. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, she worked in Corporate Strategy and Development at PepsiCo, where she supported the company’s M&A and strategic initiatives in Europe. Select transaction experience includes the acquisition of Bonafide by Pharmavite, the sale of Qunol to Sanofi, the sale of Zesty Paw’s to H&H Group, the same of Arcadia Consumer Healthcare to Bansk Group, the sale of nuun to Nestle Health Sciences, the same of SmartyPants to Unilever, the sale of Care/Of to Bayer and the sale of Zarbee’s to KenvueSusan lives in CT with her husband and three children.  She holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from Bucknell University.
