WHO SHE IS……

Reverend Regina Shipman is the Co-Founder of The Word & Worship Outreach Ministry which serves as an assembling point for people across the United States to join for daily prayer and weekly Bible Study. Reverend Regina serves in ministry with her husband Reverend Eric Shipman. For over 18 years, Reverend Shipman has served in several Women’s Ministries, Prison Ministries, Christian Education Ministries, and Outreach Ministries. She has received many awards for outstanding services and Conference Coordinator Leadership Awards.

She is an anointed and appointed warrior that is known for her transformative and life changing messages such as “Desperate Times Call For Desperate Measures” & “If Only You Knew”. She demonstrates her unyielding faith and love for saving and restoring souls as she mentors and council women and young ladies. God uses Rev. Shipman to reveal the powerful meaning of God’s love and inspiration through her personal testimony that has impacted many lives.

She has been privileged and honored to serve under the tutelage and teaching of world renowned Pastors such as Bishop Claude Alexander, Senior Pastor of The Park Church in Charlotte North Carolina, Bishop Millicent Hunter, Senior Pastor of The Baptist Worship Center in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, and currently under Pastor Darlene Bishop, Senior Pastor of Solid Rock in Monroe Ohio.

Although she holds an esteemed position in Corporate America, it is evident that she serves God non-apologetically as she serves in what she labels as “Ministry in the Marketplace.”

WHAT SHE DOES…..

Regina Shipman is the Global Director of Quality Systems, Compliance and Governance at Procter & Gamble. Prior to joining P&G, she held leadership positions with Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, & Greer Laboratories, and has amassed more than 21 years of diverse experience working in GxP (includes support to businesses under Consent Decree). Regina’s global expertise in Pharma, Device, Biological, Consumer/Nutritional, and Animal Health businesses is reflected by numerous awards and industry recognitions. Her vast experience and knowledge in the areas of Global Project Management, Gap Analysis, Auditing, Risk Management, Six Sigma project(s), Investigation & CAPA Writing and Complaint Processing is lauded and solidly positions her as a go-to person whose passion for advancing Quality is boundless. A South Carolina native, Regina holds a Master’s Degree (MS) in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs and now serves the Greater Cincinnati community in various board member roles and activities.

Regina continues to expand her services in the Corporate environment as she Co-Leads the BRIDGES program and the African Ancestry Leadership - Champions Network at P&G.
