“CHPA expresses condolences to Rep. McClintock and his entire family as new details recently emerged regarding his wife’s tragic passing late last year. While the exact circumstances of her death are still unclear, an herbal ingredient has been implicated in the coroner’s report. This finding is concerning and merits further investigation, and is a reminder that safety needs to be the herbal product and supplement industry’s top priority."
