CHPA Welcomes New Board Members at November Meeting

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) — New members of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA) Board of Directors were elected at the association’s board of directors meeting, held November 17 in Washington, D.C. Patrick Lockwood-Taylor, vice president, Personal Health Care North America & Digestive Wellness Design, The Procter & Gamble Company, will continue to serve as chair.

“Under Patrick’s direction as chair, CHPA took on vast challenges this year in areas including drug take-back, Monograph reform, dietary supplements, and much more,” CHPA President and CEO Scott Melville said.

“Looking ahead to next year, our association is poised and ready to continue growing our industry. We welcome our new board members to the table and thank them for being a part of our efforts to propel our industry forward.”

The newly elected CHPA board members as of this election are:

  • Natalie Bartner, president, Consumer Care North America, Bayer HealthCare LLC;
  • John J. Francis, vice president, OTC sales & marketing, North America, Taro Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc.;
  • Christopher Slager, regional president, North America, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare; and
  • Kathleen M. Widmer, co-chair, North America; president, McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc.
