Dwylett Montgomery’s professional life has taken her from coast to coast, but deep down, she remains a southern girl whose roots run deep. A proud graduate of Southern University A&M and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Dwylett leads communications for Procter & Gamble’s groundbreaking and innovative EC30 business and co-leads the BRIDGES Advocacy Program.

Dwylett grew up understanding the importance of communication skills, diversity, inclusion, and what it means to be a voice for the voiceless. Through her award-winning work as an author, she tackles childhood exclusion, grief, and bullying which is a testament to her commitment to serve others. Before joining consumer products powerhouse Procter & Gamble, Dwylett enjoyed thriving sales and marketing careers with Johnson & Johnson, Disney, and Emory Healthcare.
