    Register online or complete and send the CHPA Marketing Conference Registration Form with payment to CHPA by email scan, fax, or mail. Phone registrations are NOT accepted.

    Early-Bird Registration Fees
    Associate Member Early-Bird Registration Fee $995
    Manufacturer Member Early-Bird Registration $795

    Standard Registration Fees after June 19, 2018
    Associate Registration Fee $1095
    Manufacturer Registration Fee $895

    Non-member Registration Fee $1595

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations received by July 1, 2019 will receive a full refund.
    Cancellations received between July 2 and July 15, 2019 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
    Cancellations received after July 15, 2019 will result in the forfeiture of the entire registration fee.
