    Google’s planned elimination of third-party cookies in Chrome by 2022  and similar moves by other popular browsers to prevent tracking  will fundamentally alter digital marketing and advertising. Transitioning to a business model in which first-party data reigns supreme can seem like a daunting challenge, but with ample runway there are ways marketers can prepare today for the changes taking place in 2022. 

    This interactive, hands-on session, will be led by Reingold Partner Jack Benson and focus on data science, research and predictive modeling – most recently used in 2020 Census digital advertising campaign  that enable marketers to model to engage most-convertible prospects. It will also focus on how to begin smartly building your owned data before these changes go into effect and discussion of emerging tools such as Google’s Marketing Platform and Privacy Sandbox.

    The session will conclude with a group discussion on specific, actionable steps digital marketers can start taking now to be best prepared for the 2022 transition away from cookies and third-party data.
