The Information Race: Connecting Your Brands to Consumers
For manufacturers and retailers, information is key in order to effectively reach consumers. Through loyalty programs and other data initiatives, retailers are now more effectively connecting directly with consumers, which means manufacturers must continue to become more adept at connecting their brands to consumers. Speakers from IRI and WebMD will examine the current state of consumer information and ways manufacturers can employ other data sources and personalization to better target and reach their consumers. This session will also feature a first-hand look at how the industry performed in 2016, including key areas of growth for 2017.
The Power of Promise
Every day, OTC medicines deliver on a promise: consumers can count on relief when they need it. Join us as speaker Alex Sheen explores the power of fulfilling a promise. How does the ability to make and keep a promise shape our professional and private lives? Why is accountability important? How can you make fulfilling every promise both actionable and measurable? Sheen’s own journey and his insights will inspire you to keep the promises you make to yourself – and others.
